Phase 1 of The Way: Collegeway, our urban townhome development in Mississauga, officially registered in February with the majority of closings now complete. By the end of March, 186 out of 188 residential units were successfully sold and closed, along with 14 out of 22 commercial units.
With occupancies now underway in Phase 2, we look forward to continuing to welcome more homeowners to their new homes over the next few months. With registration and final closings for Phase 2 homes expected to occur in Q3 2024, excitement continues to build for the next chapter in this vibrant urban community.Situated in the heart of Mississauga’s thriving Erin Mills area, The Way: Collegeway project comprises a total of 406 units, including urban townhomes, apartment condominiums, and 22 for-sale commercial units, enriching the local community with new retail opportunities. Our meticulously designed 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units offer inviting living spaces, two full bathrooms, a powder room, and rooftop terraces for upper units, ensuring a modern and comfortable living experience.
The Way: Collegeway represents the second residential development site under The Way projects in Mississauga, following the successful completion of The Way: Millway in 2021. The latter delivered 144 urban townhomes in an established community near the University of Toronto’s west campus, reflecting our commitment to quality and community enhancement.
