Recent construction efforts have driven significant advancements in the development of our master-planned, 212-unit townhome community situated in the well established Parklands district of South Oshawa.
Our Symphony Towns low-rise community with Marlin Spring, which broke ground in mid-2021, is over 96% closed of total released homes and is in the final stage of completion following the construction of all homes, including interior finishes. Ongoing construction efforts are primarily focused on the completion of exterior landscaping and fencing, which is expected to be completed in the coming months. The community’s centrally located park, dubbed the Dale Hawerchuk Park, is also substantially complete with sodding and asphalt being the final remaining elements set to finish this spring.
The stylish, family-oriented community centered around the charming park offers residents and families proximity to an abundance of amenities, including modern shopping facilities such as Oshawa Centre Mall and SmartCentres Oshawa North, which provide attractive retail, services, dining, and entertainment opportunities. Furthermore, countless scenic parks and recreational activities are a short drive away, including the Donevan Recreation Complex, the Oshawa Golf and Curling Club, the Oshawa Valley Botanical Gardens, and the Oshawa Valleylands Conservation Area. The conveniently located site provides seamless access to downtown and other major cities via the nearby Highway 401 and the Oshawa GO/VIA Station.
We look forward to delivering thoughtfully designed housing that improves residents’ quality of life, fosters a strong sense of community and aids in addressing the substantial demand that the thriving City of Oshawa continues to experience.
