With over 15 years of experience in construction, capital planning, and real estate investment, Peter has built a career focused on maximizing asset value through thoughtful planning, disciplined execution, and strategic reinvestment.
Working alongside Greybrook’s investment, asset management, and property management teams, Peter provides technical and financial insight throughout the investment lifecycle, supporting acquisitions, capital planning, asset repositioning, refinancing initiatives, and dispositions. He is responsible for developing and implementing capital programs that improve building performance, extend asset life cycles, reduce operational risk, and align with long-term ownership objectives.
Peter has successfully led a broad range of initiatives, including major building rehabilitations, infrastructure renewals, energy efficiency programs, building system replacements, and suite repositioning projects. His experience spans project planning, due diligence, budgeting, procurement, contract negotiations, construction execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring capital investments are delivered efficiently while supporting the broader investment strategy.
