Peter Politis, CEO and Sarah Mansour, Executive Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Greybrook Realty Partners joined our developer partners at Marlin Spring to celebrate this major project milestone and speak about the area’s exciting evolution.
This transformation of Sterling Road takes the unique piece of the Junction Triangle and builds on the area’s vibrant community roots. The House of Assembly will be the first of three condominiums coming to the neighborhood, and future residents of this boutique 16-storey development will be the first to enjoy the growth of Sterling Junction. Once complete, the entire mixed-use community will include over 600 residential units across three mid-rise residential condominiums.
In addition to the residential component, the community started construction on T3 Sterling Road, a three-building, over 415,000 square feet urban campus that will target tenants in knowledge industries such as technology, advertising, media, and professional services.
