On the east side of the site, vertical construction of the townhomes has commenced following the completion of the forming of the underground garage last year, with four of the seven townhome blocks on this portion of the site at various stages of construction. We look forward to welcoming the first homeowners to their new homes this spring with first occupancies expected to occur in summer 2023.
The Way: Collegeway project is situated in the heart of Mississauga’s thriving Erin Mills area. The development is comprised of 406-units made up of urban townhomes, apartment condominiums and 22 for-sale commercial units that will bring new retail to the community. The 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom urban townhomes and apartment condominiums have been thoughtfully designed to offer inviting living spaces, two full bathrooms, a powder room and rooftop terraces for the upper units.
All of the residential homes in the project have been sold, and sales of the commercial units are well underway. The commercial component features retail on the ground level with office units located above.
Collegeway is the second of two residential development sites that are part of our The Way project in Mississauga with developer partners Sorbara Group of Companies and Metropia. The Way: Millway launched in 2018 and completed occupancies in 2021, delivering 144 urban townhomes in an established community in Mississauga near the University of Toronto’s west campus.
