Construction has progressed on the remaining blocks of townhomes in the development with only one block of townhomes left to be completed.
Home closings began in Q2 2022, with the final closings slated for the end of Q1 2023.
Located steps away from the Port Whitby Marina, Waterside Villas feature two spectacular collections of luxurious townhomes with open-concept designs, 2 car garage and up to 4 bedrooms. The low-rise site is minutes from the Whitby GO Train station, Highway 401, and 412 − providing residents direct connectivity to downtown Toronto and the GTA. Alongside developer partner Fieldgate Homes, the new community will bring 74 townhomes to the Town of Whitby.
In addition to this low-rise community, Greybrook and Tribute Communities recently closed on the acquisition of development lands less than 1,500 meters from the Waterside Villas project. The new project, Whitby Marina, will be developed into multi-tower mixed-use condominium community consisting of over 1,450 units. This new residential development marks our 15th development in Durham Region and first multi-tower condominium project outside of the City of Toronto.
