Kristy is a Vice President in Greybrook’s Institutional Capital Markets group, where she focuses on capital raising, advisor partnerships, and expanding the firm’s institutional and private wealth relationships to provide access to differentiated real estate investment opportunities. She is focused on building long-term relationships and serving as a trusted resource within the alternative investment landscape.
Kristy brings over 8 years of experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, with a strong focus on relationship management, capital raising, and alternative investments. She began her career in automotive industry while studying at the University of Toronto. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Certificate in the Psychology of Economics and Management. She joined BMO Nesbitt Burns, where she progressed into a Senior Investment Associate role, supporting portfolio management teams across client servicing, portfolio analysis, financial planning, and business development.
Most recently, Kristy was the Associate Director of Sales at Avenue Living Asset Management, where she played a key role in capital raising initiatives and distribution strategy with CIRO-registered advisors, portfolio managers, and dealer channels. She organized and led women-focused events within the wealth management community, creating meaningful networking opportunities and a supportive community.
Outside of work, Kristy is a passionate automotive enthusiast. She participates in motorsport events around the world and has organized her own events that have supported charitable initiatives for her local hospital and Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada, Drive 4 Smiles.
