
Tony Youssef is Director, Capital Projects at Greybrook, where he leads the planning, execution, and oversight of capital investment initiatives across the firm’s multifamily residential portfolio. Since joining Greybrook in 2020, he has played a key role in delivering capital programs that enhance building performance, extend asset life cycles, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term portfolio value.
Tony works closely with Greybrook’s investment, asset management, and operations teams to develop capital plans, support technical due diligence, and provide budgeting and project expertise for acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing initiatives, and asset repositioning strategies. He also leads the execution of major rehabilitation projects, infrastructure upgrades, building system replacements, energy-efficiency initiatives, and portfolio-wide operational improvement programs, helping ensure assets are maintained and enhanced in alignment with long-term ownership objectives.
With more than 25 years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management, Tony has successfully delivered a diverse range of residential, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure, and industrial projects across Canada and Dubai. Throughout his career, he has overseen projects valued between $30 million and more than $500 million, developing extensive expertise in capital planning, construction management, contract administration, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Tony holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, practical approach to problem-solving, and ability to align technical, operational, and financial priorities. His broad industry experience and commitment to execution excellence help drive successful outcomes and create lasting value across Greybrook’s portfolio.
